McComb, age 74, entered peacefully into God's arms, Saturday, October 18, 2008, with her son and daughter at her bedside in Dade City. FL. She was born on May 2, 1934 in Croswell, daughter of the late Irvin and Audrey (McNames) Stone. She and Oscar J. McComb were married on May 5, 1951 in Croswell. He died on March 13, 1997. Mrs. McComb was the retired owner and operator of McComb's Superette, Croswell. She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary, the Moose Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary. She had been a winter resident of Zephyrhills, Florida for many years. Surviving are her son William (Patti) of Croswell and her daughter Brenda Hill, of Plant City, FL. Bob was born August 16, 1927 in Almont Twp., to Harold and Mildred (Pickleman) Walton. He married Betty Stewart on October 14, 1950 at the First Congregational Church in Almont where he was a lifelong member. Bob was a lifelong dairy farmer and belonged to the Michigan Milk Producers and DHIA farm organizations of Lapeer County. He was also a former Almont School Board member, a Almont Twp.
