She was a resident of the area since 1956. She was a homemaker. Annabelle enjoyed buying & selling antiques and made sure Walt was as handy in the kitchen as in his garage. Clarey Rita Mae July 22, 1926 - October 1, 2010. Rita's spirit has risen to heaven to meet her God, her husband and eldest son who preceded her in death. Soon she will be a part of a very special and long awaited McCrady Reunion with her parents and 10 brothers and sisters. Her death will bring to close a generation whose memories we will all cherish. Her last days were spent in the peace and comfort of her home in Sparks, Nevada with her daughter Peggy Clarey and son-in-law, Fred Conner. Rita was born at the farm on Pumping Station Road. Fairfield County, Ohio. She grew up in Sugar Grove, Ohio, attended and graduated from Berne Union School in Sugar Grove, Ohio. Rita was the youngest child born to Charles and Rosemary (Shonebarger) McCrady. Rita was married to Wilbert A. Clarey for 56 years before his death in 2006. At that time she moved to Nevada to live with her only daughter. She had four children: Daniel (Linda), Peggy (Fred), Bruce (Alise), and Andrew (Laura). She had six male grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was a Nurses Aid at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital for over 20 Years. G.C.O.H. is located less that one block from the family Home on Cardwell Street, Garden City, Michigan. Her interests included playing cards, bingo, casino gambling and creating Jewelry Pictures. With "Web", she became an active and enthusiastic member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, starting in the mid 50's at Johnsons Post #78, on Joy Road in Detroit, Michigan, and ending her service at Battle Born Post #9211 on VFW Historic Lane in Reno, Nevada. She was anointed by Father Norman King from the Immaculate Conception Church. Her remains will be at the Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia, Michigan. Instead of flowers or gifts, remembrances can be PAID FORWARD.

He was employed by Amsco-Hall Surgical, designing surgical instruments. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jennie (DiCicco) Yeomans, 2 sons, Scott Jeffrey Yeomans of Washington D.C. and Christopher Douglas Yeomans of Spokane, WA. and 3 grandchildren, Sydney Yeomans, Abbey Sue Yeomans, and Simon Paul Yeomans, 2 brothers, Gerald (Lois) Yeomans of Jackson,MI, Gordon (Robyn) Yeomans of Columbus, OH and 1 sister, Janet (James) Pinkerton of Cape Coral, FL., and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Manfred V. and Jewell B. Yeomans and a brother, James Walter Yeomans. On September 11, 1965 Margaret Ann DeSnyder married Donald Kammer in Marine City. Margaret was very active with the St. Clair County 4-H. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Donald Kammer. Children; Kevin (Tanya) Kammer, Keith (Maria) Kammer, Kurt (Michele) Kammer, Kim (Brad) Velfling, and Kris (Nicole) Kammer, grandchildren; Brandon, Ashlea, Alexandria, Emma, Randy, Seth, Samantha, and Jack, brothers; Donald (Cheryl) DeSnyder, Gerald (Kay) DeSnyder, and James (Diana) DeSnyder, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:15 at Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, China Twp. and 11:00 at Our Lady on the River, Holy Cross Parish, Marine City. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. Visiting hours are Wednesday 7:00 to 9:00 and Thursday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00. A rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. Thursday. Warren K. Wells Age 91, born January 16, 1919 in Pittsburg, Georgia, passed away October 19, 2010. He grew up in Detroit, graduating from Cooley High School in 1935. He was a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College, the US Army War College, and received his MBA from, . A retired Colonel, he was a, veteran of the Asiatic-Pacific and European theaters of war. After the war he lived with his family in Marquette where he owned Wells Motor Co., a new car dealership, and three building companies: Kannanen and Wells, Solomon and Wells, and Warren K. Wells, General Builder. He then returned to the military. During his 35 years in the Armed Services he served 28 years in the Michigan National Guard. He retired to Grand Ledge, began Management Synergy, a management consultant business, and devoted his time and commitment to volunteer service in Grand Ledge. His frequent motto was "those who can, should." Every small or large project, building, repairing, cleaning, gardening or advising was embraced as an opportunity to give back to the community he and his wife, Aune, had made home. He was active with the Grand Ledge Planning Commission, the Tax Board of Review, the "Friends of the Island", Ledge Craft Lane, the Opera House, the Senior Center, the, and Immanuel Lutheran Church. He firmly believed the library was a resource to find the knowledge needed to complete any challenge. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Wells Miscevich, his son-in-law, Eugene Tata, grandchildren Anthony Tata (Rhonda), Andrew Tata (Beth), Lisa Tata Haffner (Jeffrey), Katherine Tata Wydeven (Joseph), Michael Miscevich (Jennifer) and great grandchildren Zachary, Nicholas, Justin, Madison, Allyson, Bradley, Brandon, Autumn, Hunter, Colton, Dominic, Patrick, and Elizabeth. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Aune Kivela Wells, daughter, Deanne Tata, son-in-law, Miles Miscevich and brothers Robert and Austin, Jr. The family wishes to thank Colonial Park Adult Foster Care and Grandhaven Living Center for their professional skill and loving hearts in the past two years. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 517 S. Clinton, Grand Ledge with The Reverend Richard D. McKenzie, Officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, 5-8 p.m. at Holihan-Atkin Funeral Home, 406 N. Bridge St., Grand Ledge. Williams Josephine Mabel (Nee Kramer) Age 80 of Utica, died peacefully Saturday, October 2, 2010 after a 7 year battle with Alzheimer's. She is survived by her only daughter Donna (Michael) Kemper, her niece Marie (David) Vanker, and her nephews John Kramer and Raymond (Yvonne) Kramer plus several grandnieces and grandnephews. Jo graduated from Capac High School in 1948 and worked for Sears for 32 years. She loved gardening and animals. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Wm.
